Fixed price includes : high-speed ADSL-broadband, large screen, video projector, paper board, sound system and, for U-shaped or straight-row layouts, tables with tablecloths, writing kit with desk blotter, pencils, paper and a complimentary bottle of mineral water for each participant.

The Chef and his team propose varied types of meals, ranging from a traditional cuisine to exotic flavours, served in one of the restaurants or private lounges of the WEST-EVENTS business complex.  They adapt to the style of your event and prepare : aperitifs, cocktail parties, buffets, served meals, Gala dinners...  In 2010, discover the new selection of cocktails (sustainable development, trendy, barbecue...) with choice decoration and gourmet flavours !  Service can be arranged on the pool-side terrace in fine weather.  For exceptional moments, the Gala evenings (from 200 persons upwards) incorporate at no extra charge the lounge for your cocktail, the restaurant for your dinner and the private night-club for your dances (subject to availability).

The WESTOTEL hotel is part of the complex and has 300 air-conditioned and spacious bedrooms (including 70 suites) - all of which can be adapated into twin-bed accommodation.  Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath tub and hair-dryer, a lounge area, a 16/9 interactive TV (international channels, videos on demand, keyboard for Web browsing...) and high-speed Internet.  The bedrooms on the garden side open onto a large balcony or private terrace.  Their wide picture windows offer a panoramic view of the landscaped garden and some look onto the outdoor swimming pool.  To further enhance stays, the bedrooms have been redesigned and, since summer 2010, feature 11 new decors.
