The Mercure Atria Arras combines a venue for communication, a business area and hotel facilities of international standard. Opposite the TGV high-speed train station, in the centre of one of northern France's most beautiful and oldest cities, thanks to its exceptional architectural heritage.
Access :
- Station : Arras TGV high-speed train (50 min from Paris).
- Airport : Lille-Lesquin 50 km away, and Roissy 1hr15 away.
- Road : A26 (Calais-Rheims axis), A2 (Brussels-Benelux), A1 (Paris-Lille).
Meeting rooms and reception rooms
Auditorium : 300 seats, with an integrated control room, equipped with high-performance facilities and possibility for video projection, videoconferencing, simultaneous translation.
Exhibition Hall : 1,200 m2 adjustable into 800 and 400 m2 with a capacity of 20 to 60 stands (9 m2). Reception desk, direct access to the underground car park (600 spaces), vehicle access to the exhibition hall. Bar.
Cocktail area : 140 to 290 m2.
The function rooms have natural daylight, are adjustable and spacious, opening onto a glass-ceilinged area for sunlit breaks.

The "Ô58" restaurant proposes a traditional cuisine in a fashionable decor. Restaurant open from 12 noon to 2 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Bar open from 7 a.m. to midnight.
