Location :
Built on the original site of the Couvent des Minimes, on a charming island in the heart of the Bois de Vincennes woods a few minutes from central Paris, this former hunting lodge of the imperial court, constructed in 1860 by Baron Haussmann at the request of Princesse Eugénie and now a listed building, is surrounded by a park filled with trees and flowers.
At a single site, the Chalet de la Port Jaune offers three fully adjustable venues to meet every requirement, ranging from a meeting for 25 persons in a private lounge to an event for 2,500 persons.
Access :
- Metro : Château de Vincennes (10 min) + bus n° 210 (bus stop in the car park).
- RER rapid-transit train : line A2, Fontenay-sous-Bois (5 min).
- Station : Gare de Lyon. Shuttles (quote on request).
- Road : A4, exit Pont de Charenton, or périphérique (ring road), exit Porte de Vincennes.
Meeting rooms and reception rooms
1,300 m2 of meeting areas (including 800 m2 of adjustable space). They are air-conditioned, have natural daylight and are spread between 3 different premises
+ 5 sub-committee rooms of 55 m2 for 15 to 40 persons.
Meeting spaces :
- 5 adjustable rooms, spread over 2 floors, surrounded by a balcony with unspoilt view of the large lake, with a total accommodation capacity of 250 persons, at a listed site that has been fully refurbished. Each room can host from 15 to 50 persons.
·LA FERMETTE (200 m2) :
- 1 chic, elegant room full of character and subtle charm, with fireplace, marble decor and crystal chandeliers, able to host 120 persons for seminars and 300 for cocktail parties. It opens onto a magnificent lake-side terrace, perfect for breaks in fine weather.
- 3 adjustable rooms of modern architecture and streamlined decoration, with large picture windows offering an uninterrupted view of the park and lake, able to host up to 1,000 persons.

Fixed price includes : paper board, overhead projector, mobile screen.
Catering :
After having officiated for over 20 years at the famous "Train Bleu" restaurant, Chef Frédéric Bandollier prepares for your delight a traditional cuisine, thematic menus or sumptuous buffets beside the water.
The Chalet de la Porte Jaune offers a slection of high-quality services.
In fine weather, service in the gardens.
